Tonia and staff are awesome! My cousin is in a wheelchair and we came in for a haircut and beard trim. Tonia and staff moved chairs out of the way and made it so he could have a full shampoo, hot towel and spa treatment. They were so kind and Tonia went above and beyond to give great service. Tonia, the store manager at the Britain Parkway location in Ohio, has been cutting my hair for over a year now. She always give me exactly what I want and is always communicating with me throughout my haircut to make sure I’m liking what she’s doing. Her attention to detail is tremendous, and her store is always neat and clean.

Requested style: I asked for a Mohawk and I got the best Mohawk yet!
