“Highland Springs saved my life, quite literally. They were very patient and empathetic, even after my many inpatient visits. They never lost hope for me. Their employees were beyond AMAZING- actual angels on Earth. They are what makes or breaks your stay at a facility, and Highland truly knows how to pick the good ones. They became like family to me. On my last stay (8/2022), recovery finally stuck. And now, I celebrate 4 years of continuous sobriety all thanks to Highland, for never turning me away or giving up on me- no matter how many attempts it took. Beautiful facility, great food, the best facility and privileges in the area (by far) with the best staff. AMAZING nurses and techs, doctors that listen and care, compassionate counselors and case workers, and awesome dietary and housekeeping. They saved me during my darkest years. And now I’m helping others in addiction. Thank you Highland Springs. You all will forever hold a special place in my heart and a huge milestone in my recovery journey: where my sobriety finally began 🥹❤
