Bernadette's Lice Removal is a trusted service providing safe, effective, and discreet treatments. Staff members are wonderful, a joy to talk to, incredibly helpful, and empathic during stressful times. They are direct, so nice with the kids, and extremely bubbly. They explain everything about treatment and prevention, provide a ton of information, and are great at talking panicked parents off the ledge. The service is quick to return calls and texts, sees clients quickly, and works until clear. They keep names confidential and are 100% recommended.
Denise was amazing to work with. She answered my call right away and got us in to see her that evening. She explained everything we needed to know and helped calm our nerves with the whole situation. She made the kids feel comfortable and helped us through the process. She was available outside our appointments to call to answer any questions we had. She made the whole process quick and easy, and I would highly recommend her services!
Denise is great, she has warm and engaging personality that really helps to make a not-so-fun circumstance a much better and manageable experience for everyone, especially small children. She's extremely conscientious and thorough, explains everything and offers great advice for dealing with lice and getting them gone ASAP. Flexible schedule and evening/weekend availability to get you in quickly and offers consistent follow-up appointments to confirm everyone is clear. In-person treatments and home spray were highly effective and eliminated the problem in less than a week for us. Definitely recommend her services!
