“Sarah was Amazing...I was having a bad day where everything that could go wrong that day went wrong except for me calling Wheeland Plumbing & Drain Service to make an appointment for my has leak. We had just had the energy co-op out to shut off the gas and then our front door would not shut.When talking to Sarah she went over and beyond and gave 200% Service. She called me 3 times keeping me in the loop and letting me know when the guys would be out. They made it to the house first thing in the morning. She made me feel like I was their only customer with the service she and the company provided to me...The experience was amazing from start to finish. The guys that came out Kyle and another guy also communicated on what they found and I feel they made it very easy on me so I ended up with having less on my plate to deal with. The energy co-op came back while they was still here. And our gas was fixed and we was back up and running.They even took it one step further and fixed our front door.Kyle, Sarah, Erica and the crew at Wheeland Plumbing & Drain Service are all AMAZING!I highly recommend them. “I cannot say enough good things about Joe and Tammy. Tammy was very responsive and kind on the phone and willing to see what she could do to squeeze us into their already busy schedule. And Joe went above and beyond to get to our house and not only fix our issue (hot water heater installment) but also reroute some of our plumbing that took him well into the late evening to complete. He was very kind to talk to and was willing to explain everything to us. We felt like he truly he took the time to do the job right and for that we are beyond thankful! “Great service! Called for what I thought was a clogged toilet drain due to gurgling sound when flushed. He checked all the outside cleanouts before checking the inside drains. Once inside he quickly determined that the problem was not the toilet but a dry trap under the tub that was right next to the toilet in the same bathroom. We never use that tub so he figured the trap either dried out or, as the toilet repeatedly flushed, it pulled the water from the trap as it flowed by in the same drain line. He ran water in the tub for a few seconds, flushed the toilet, and the problem was gone. Fixed the problem and refused to take any payment because, according to him, he didn't have to fix anything. Highly recommend. If we need a plumber in the future we will definitely call him again.“
