“This place is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door until you are back in your car, everyone is helpful, respectful, kind, and will answer any and all questions you have. My boy, Spencer, likes the treats left behind from neighborhood visitors if you get what I mean. However, it leaves us sleepless with constant trips outside. I’m used to this but this time it was different. They got us right in and took excellent care of him, giving him everything he needed to feel better. We are now on the upswing and this mama and pup will be getting some much needed rest. I just found my new vet much closer to home.“

“Hometown Vet has cared for my sweet Bella for the past 14 years, and I truly cannot imagine a better veterinary team. From routine visits to the hardest goodbye, they were compassionate, patient, and incredibly kind every step of the way.
When it came time to put Bella down, Dr. Estock and staff were amazing. They treated her and us with so much dignity and love. They took the time to explain everything, never rushed us, and made an unbearable moment a little more peaceful. I will always be grateful for the care they gave my dog throughout her life and for the comfort they provided at the end.

“I've been to several TNR clinics over the last couple years. This one is the best by far. Most flexible easiest to drop off and pick up. They keep the cat overnight, which is amazing. The staff is incredible. They really care about the animals they're outgoing, friendly, and efficient. I was very impressed, if I have any more cats to TNR, I will definitely come back to this establishment“

“Dr. Matt and staff were incredibly kind and patient while helping us to navigate through the loss of our Koda. We just started our journey with them a couple of months prior, wishing we had found them much sooner. Dr. Matt and another Vet (sorry, I didn't ask her name) had come to our house and euthanized Koda. It was the hardest decision but the only option as Koda was an 11 year-old German Shepherd and could barely walk. They were so patient, professional and empathetic, making the process much more smoother. So if you're looking for a Veterinarian who's kind, approachable, knowledgeable and a place thats affordable, give them a try because they're definitely worth it.“

“I wasn't sure about using a walk in clinic but it was time to let my dog go and his long time vet could not fit him in for a week. I am so glad I went here. Kaylee was so nice and gentle with him. She was very efficient and explained everything. They have a nice room with private entrance and parking by the door. My dog passed peacefully and we weren't rushed to leave as soon as he passed. Much nicer than my regular vet and much cheaper.“

She genuinely cares about her patients, and will do everything in her power to give her patients the best care possible. She is very thorough during her examinations, as well as during conversations. She makes sure to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pet. Not only is she kind, she is genuine. Truly. As someone who has been to other veterinarians in Stark Country, Dr. Watters is the only vet I’ve come across who’s top priority is the wellbeing of your pet, and who is as kind as she is. Her staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. You will always get a call back in a timely fashion if they ever need to speak with Dr. Watters regarding your pet. Ken, the head Veterinary Technician, also deserves high praise. Ken is calm under pressure in high stake situations, and has the knowledge to take the necessary actions in any given scenario.

“We had our first visit with this clinic today, and they have impressed me on every level. Our dog is has fear-based reactivity in the clinic environment, and the way they handled him was spectacular. They were responsive, respectful, and aware of his mental state. They made sure he had a positive experience with them, which I find rare. Every member of their staff was amazing! They practiced fear-free methods, and were able to preform much more during his exam than vets from other clinics. They explained everything in a thorough and comprehensive way! I am genuinely looking forward to working with them moving forward, as is my dog, who hasn’t had a happy experience in years. Thank you for curating such a great facility and environment.
