FOR PAWS BLUE CROSS ANIMAL HOSPITAL

Kathy at the front is the main reason I keep coming back! Super helpful as well as the rest of the staff and very accommodating to my dog. Like many, my dog is my life & I feel comfortable leaving him in their hands - plus I know Kathy is always checking in on him.

The new staff & change seems to have gone well, place looks nice & clean. Dr P was also informative the first interaction I had & seems to genuinely care. Overall great place! Some slight higher prices with things but at the same time you pay for what ya get.

Don’t expect a Lamborghini service at a Mitsubishi dealer.

Dr. Polster is the very best. The front desk ladies (Kathy, Willy and Jennifer) are funny and helpful and have almost always got our little dog in the very same day and if not the next day. Dr. Polster calls to update you and talks about your pet like it’s his own and gives you his honest opinion and advice. They have gone above and beyond for a few emergencies we have had with Willow. We appreciate them 🐾

Have a had a few recent unexpected visits here but all with positive results. Would like to thank the staff here for always helping and explaining things thoroughly. Noticed some updates with the building and some staff. Was told under new management. Things are looking good. Continue the good work. Thank you.
