AlterClinic Animal Care is a non-profit veterinary practice that has grown rapidly since its opening. The clinic offers affordable spay or neuter surgeries, vaccinations, and wellness clinics for dogs and cats. With a team of staff members, they complete many surgeries daily and operate a transport program. Patients and their owners praise the clinic's friendly and caring staff, smooth and consistent service. The staff is incredible, outgoing, and efficient. They really care about the animals. AlterClinic provides high-quality care at a reasonable price. They go above and beyond to take care of your pet because they are part of your family. They are very organized, and they have improved their drop-off protocol. They give you pain meds and antibiotics. They can handle diarrhea and ear infections.
Altercare is fantastic!
Staff is friendly and professional, the facility is clean, and drop off/pick up times and processes are purrrr-fect for my schedule!
I’ve brought a few neighborhood cats in over the past month or so for neuters and $94/ neuter+rabies vaccine is a great deal!
The only thing I’d note is sometimes appointments for the week fill quickly and you might have to wait a week or two to get in, but that just goes to show how many cats they’re serving!

Called around and got prices to get my 55 pound pit ✂ and about died with quotes of 600$. I knew that wasn't in my price range. Another vets office actually referred alter clinic thankfully! Paid a 50$ deposit and then 128 when I picked him back up! It was a smooth drop off and pickup! Gave me plenty of meds for my baby Ares and a cone, plus he got his nails trimmed! I'm so thankful to have found a more affordable place. Pits are already over breed and the shelters are full of them. Thank you for being affordable and taking such good care of my baby Ares
We captured a very young feral mother cat with 11 week old kittens and took her to AlterClinic to be spayed. They took excellent care of her and charged much less than anywhere else we checked. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone with a similar situation.
