“I'm going to be 100% honest. I didn't even use services from this company but after my phone call I had with them, I'd use them without hesitation in the future.
For mostly cost reasons but also just learning we try to take care of our home issues on our own when we can, and when we started to have mouse issues I did some general research about what to do. I saw some improvement but over time we realized we still had a problem so I decided to give Relentless Pest Control a call.
They asked about our issue and what we have done so far, so I explain all the steps I had took. Instead of raking me over for several hundred dollars when I was on the right path already, they simply told me how to tweak my current setup to work better. I couldn't believe it! I was ready to drop the money and be done with it but I made the changes they suggested and it worked! Mice issue has decreased significantly since my phone call 2 weeks ago.
I love supporting local small businesses and this one is one I'd gladly call again for any other issues that come up.
