Friday was my normally scheduled visit that was handled in the usual professional, prompt, courteous and friendly manner. This was her last day handling my area, being transferred to the New Philadelphia area. While I will miss our chats, I know the next technician will equal her high standards. Firestone Park satisfied customer.
