I have used State Termite for 20 years. I have never had a problem that they did not address. Ryan is my present tech- he is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend them whenever I can .
We have been customers of State Termite for several years, since buying a home in North Canton. Over that time, we have had only two "bug guys" respond to our quarterly or semi-annual visits: this shows long-term employees stay with company, are well-trained, get to know the customers and their homes. We have been extremely satisfied with State Termite's customer service - a rarity in today's marketplace. Ryan has handled our account for some time, he explains the why and the what of a problem and the solution. Always pleasant, professional demeanor. Well worth the cost of routine bug maintenance!! No problems anymore! YEA!
