The technicians have always been friendly and efficient, as has customer service. More importantly, the service works. They have also always gone above and beyond on bee management for me. My children and I are highly allergic to bees. When we have had a bee issue, customer service has always worked hard to get someone out here ahead of schedule to get them taken care of quickly. In those times, the service is literally a matter of life and death to my family and the extra effort put into getting someone out here to quickly deal with bees is greatly appreciated!
Mike is our regular technician and has been servicing our home for the past three years. He is friendly, professional and always does a thorough job. He checks with us each time to inquire if we need inside areas addressed when also doing the exterior. If we ever need an extra visit they are happy to accommodate.
Out of the other Terminix Technicians whom have serviced this location, Leslie has gone out of her way and way beyond the others to ensure a quality treatment of the pests on my father's property. She notified me of other issues that she has found, corrected and suggested a resolve. She has been more than helpful. I would recommend hiring more people with her ethic, care and forethought.
