“A raccoon got under my soffit and I really thought it was coming through my walls! I called on a Tuesday morning and they were at my house that afternoon. When I tell you Matt is my hero…by the time he showed up I was about to have a nervous breakdown. Matt was patience, professional, and so pleasant…he put me at ease after he explain to me what/how he was going to catch the raccoon. Well raccoon was caught that night! Thank God! However, there was actually two raccoons and one got away. Matt came back the next day to set another trap and waited patiently to make sure raccoon did not come back. Matt returned to take the trap etc down and repaired my soffit and now I’m actually able to SLEEP! I would recommend this company to EVERYONE! This has been one of the best experiences I have had in a long time! Matt, again I really do appreciate you and thank you so much!
