The staff was so lovely. Shout out to my tech Heather who was with me every step of the way through the telehealth appointment experience. I will definitely be back for my next eye exam :)

My entire experience has be beyond anything I could have expected. Greeted by friendly, knowledge staff who helped with insurance. Lucy is personable and very easy and patient. Her pre-exam care was thorough and she made sure I was comfortable and understood what she was going to do next. Dr Reffner has always been one of the best eye doctors I have seen. Her exams are indepth and she closely monitors for health conditions and the effects they are having, or not having, on your vision, and makes sure your GM provider is notified. The entire staff has an amazing easy going attitude. They are very knowledgeable and kind! I wish I could give more stars. If you’re looking for an option in Hamilton, this is the best!!!
