This was my first visit to the Hamilton Midwest Eyecare Center as Dr. Terry Leach is my Ophthalmologist and went to this office. I drove 34 miles and 40 minutes without a second thought of following him. Upon arriving, the person behind the receptionist desk was somewhat cordial and when she asked for my driver’s license and insurance card, I informed I recently lost my license but had other identification with a picture and it became interesting at that point. She stated she had to have a driver’s license. The staff are complimentary to the medical specialists who provide excellent care for their patients. Dr. Leech considers all of my health in regarding what treatment is needed for my eyes.
Everyone was very professional and friendly. Each step, during the exams, was explained to me, which I appreciated. I was seen on time and everyone was very efficient. I would recommend Midwest Eye Center to family and friends.
