“Poison ivy and insanity itching.  Was referred and went over.  Walked in, checked in via a kiosk, answered a few additional questions from the staff, and soon after saw the doctor.  Very pleased!“

“I absolutely love this place! The private spaces are always impeccably clean and have such a homey, comfy, updated vibe. The second I walk in I’m greeted by name by not only the receptionist, but the nurses who work there and I’m only in there every 8 weeks! I’m always offered a drink and snack before heading back (they even do the same for my 9yo daughter who comes with me). In fact, she LOVES coming with me. The rooms have big tvs, comfy leather recliners and some rooms have leather sofas. If you’re cold they have warm, soft, thick blankets. Honestly, they really treat you amazing here. I would highly suggest this place!!! Considering I have to get infusions for the rest of my life, they do everything to make me not dread it at all! In fact, it’s almost my moment of peace in a way. ☺️“

“Our whole family got our medical care from Fairfield Family Medical. My oldest daughter is 43 now so that gives you an idea of how many years we have been using them. The Doctors there have been great. They get us in if we need looked at for emergency care. Everyone there from check in to check out and schedule an appointment do a great job. “I had form I-693 filled out by Dr.Donepudi Radhika back in 2018. Her lab can do blood work as well as the examination, so it’s a very easy one-stop place. The service was good and I got the form completed quickly. I had a very positive experience.Now again I need to have I-693 done for a family member. I called several places, however, unfortunately they either didn’t pick up the phone, or required that I do blood work somewhere else. I then remembered Dr. Donepudi so I found my old form and looked her up again. I was so shocked to see the negative reviews and I was hesitant to book an appointment. However, I decided to trust my own experience instead of the online reviews, so I called her office and got a same-day appointment!When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk was friendly and familiar with her work. The nurse was very sweet to my mom. The doctor again was thorough, clear and very friendly. She gave us a list of the vaccines still needed and recommended the Sterling Community Pharmacy across the street to us, which helped us save hundreds of dollars on the vaccines. I ended up having everything in a day minus the result of the blood work, which would take a couple of days no matter where you go.I felt obligated to write this review, because the online reviews are so untrue and unfair. I think an efficient and friendly practice like this one deserves honest feedback.“

“My previous dr / health network caused me to be very anxious when it came to anything medical related. A several years ago I decided to switch and my friend had highly recommended UC Liberty. Her doctor was booked out but Spitznagel was open so made my appointment with her. My only regret is not switching sooner! She is compassionate, listens and doesn’t dismiss concerns or make you feel like it’s your fault. I’ve never had any issues with the front desk staff or nurses and I’ve been coming here for the last 4-5 years. “This place has been a tremendous success for me just watch out for a nurse named Scott a straight bully10/28/21 Update I still go there I wouldn’t go anywhere else they promoted Scott and is out of the office he is condescending to the other nurses and to patients the worst part is when they gave him promotion he’s over the other nurses he will be the downfall of that company on the other hand doctor Dahar is great also shout out to Nicky and Nurse Beth they really care. If Dr Dahar ever leaves I will be right behind him“

The docs are nice and understanding however it's fight to get in the place is small and you don't have a room to yourself just station. I hate going to the dentist however these doctors listen to what I had to say and made sure I was completely numbed before cutting into me and didn't judge me for crying like a child when I got over welmed ?“
