“This is the first time in probably 15 years that I have, as a woman, felt listened to and heard when i discuss issues or medical concerns. Everyone here is so friendly and I have never felt rushed or ignored. I’m terrified of blood draws and the two I have had done here were very quick and only a pinch! This office is actually a bit out of my way but I happily drive here because the staff is incredible and I feel like I am valued here.“
“I would highly recommend Dr. B and staff. I had a home sleep study and given a cpap machine. Most of my symptoms that went undiagnosed by other doctors for years have been eliminated with daily use of my cpap. Very knowledgeable about insurance also.“

“I had form I-693 filled out by Dr.Donepudi Radhika back in 2018. Her lab can do blood work as well as the examination, so it’s a very easy one-stop place. The service was good and I got the form completed quickly. I had a very positive experience.Now again I need to have I-693 done for a family member. I called several places, however, unfortunately they either didn’t pick up the phone, or required that I do blood work somewhere else. I then remembered Dr. Donepudi so I found my old form and looked her up again. I was so shocked to see the negative reviews and I was hesitant to book an appointment. However, I decided to trust my own experience instead of the online reviews, so I called her office and got a same-day appointment!When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk was friendly and familiar with her work. The nurse was very sweet to my mom. The doctor again was thorough, clear and very friendly. She gave us a list of the vaccines still needed and recommended the Sterling Community Pharmacy across the street to us, which helped us save hundreds of dollars on the vaccines. I ended up having everything in a day minus the result of the blood work, which would take a couple of days no matter where you go.I felt obligated to write this review, because the online reviews are so untrue and unfair. I think an efficient and friendly practice like this one deserves honest feedback.“
“I like this office . Dr Matthew Tubb is a caring and knowledgeable physician . I also like Dr Ciani and will use her for female related or as an alternate physician for sick visits when Dr Tubb .isn’t there . I have found office personnel to be very pleasant and accommodating . I am perplexed by the bad reviews . I did 1 physician who I would avoid , but always filled out the survey that came back to me after visits in my UC login acct . I had to see that physician and noticed a positive change in interactions with me .“

“I have been a patient of Dr Nasr-Anaisse for at least 10 years. Every experience I have had with her has been positive. She takes the time to listen, ask questions, and has always been pleasant and knowledgable. I have not personally had any issues with the support staff. I know the lab at the office is not available at the moment, but UC Hospital is less than 10 minutes away. I routinely get bloodwork done yearly so I just ask for a request to be submitted to UC to get the tests done before my visit so Dr Nasr has the results when I have my appointment to see her. I highly recommend Dr Nasr-Anaisse. I trust her completely.“
