Mercy Health - Springdale Family Medicine

Well I have been riding by this building for years on way to work I thought it was medics laboratory not doctors office so I decided to stop by on my way home staff was awsome the doctor was extremely nice and helpful

I have been going to this office for 4 years, seeing CNP Kara Smith for women's health and general wellness. I am a patient that needs a bit of a push to do things for my health, and Kara is perfect for me with her tough-love approach. I feel accepted and well cared for, even being called by my preferred nickname when I go for a visit. Springdale Medicine also has kind receptionist staff. They are always willing to answer your questions and transfer your calls when necessary. They handle billing and personal details with grace and discretion. Thank you Mercy Health for taking great care of me!

I always get great care at mercy health every-time I make appointment; it’s always with ease and gratitude. My encounter with staff is very attentive and kind words. My PCP; Dr. Ridgway is a great listener, makes great judgement and shows the 4 C’s in healthcare!
