I did 90 minutes with deep tissue as needed in certain areas. She definitely brought the pressure and worked really well on my trigger points. I could tell she was working a lot of knots out! Go to Body and Soul and just jump to 90 minutes - you'll never go back to 60 minutes. I love that they are affordable too, so 90 mins can be doable. Service was quiet but relaxing, masseuse did occasional check ins for consent and pressure, and I was offered water. Price was solid ($60 for the hour, I then tipped $10) and it was a very strong massage (which is what I needed) with hot stones and a bit of stretching.
