“Micah was AMAZING! Strong skilled hands, GREAT techniques (multiple), & a fabulous personality! I came in with a specific and painful issue that required him to dig into an inflamed area. When it was going to really hurt, he warned me.... then distracted me with movie quotes & fun stories, often making me laugh. He also respected my wishes to not have a lot of lotion, doing better at that than any previous massage I've ever had. He does INCREDIBLE body work! Thank you, Micah!

Go to Body and Soul and just jump to 90 minutes - you'll never go back to 60 minutes. I love that they are affordable too, so 90 mins can be doable.
