“Solid place although the surrounding area is slightly sketchy. Staff mostly speaks Mandarin and my masseuse (Rachel) had impressively strong hands, planning to try out the sauna next time I visit. “I cannot recommend Body & Soul enough! I have been booked with both Cindy and Lori. One of my massages with Cindy was a prenatal and I was in heaven. I went to Lori recently and she was so sweet. I did 90 minutes with deep tissue as needed in certain areas. She definitely brought the pressure and worked really well on my trigger points. I could tell she was working a lot of knots out! Go to Body and Soul and just jump to 90 minutes - you'll never go back to 60 minutes. I love that they are affordable too, so 90 mins can be doable.
