Most effective massage therapy I have received for chronic leg pain due to IT band and knee injuries. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reduced muscle tension, especially if chronic. Micah's skill and knowledge of massage therapy was beyond expectations. I give my highest recommendation
Micah was AMAZING! Strong skilled hands, GREAT techniques (multiple), & a fabulous personality! I came in with a specific and painful issue that required him to dig into an inflamed area. When it was going to really hurt, he warned me.... then distracted me with movie quotes & fun stories, often making me laugh. He also respected my wishes to not have a lot of lotion, doing better at that than any previous massage I've ever had. He does INCREDIBLE body work! Thank you, Micah!
Also, the venue is nice. Clean rooms, good lighting, & soothing sounds. I have found my new massage place!!!
I can't say enough about Modality- it's been amazing! Jenn's expertise, knowledge, and compassion has been second to none. I started seeing Jenn when I was dealing extreme pain from sciatica- it was unbearable. From the first appointment I met with her- I started seeing improvement and feeling more like myself. After several appointments, I was feeling 100% pain free and was so grateful- It truly felt like a miracle....She has also educated me and provided me with many helpful stretches/tools to guide me and keep me pain free. I'm so thankful I found Jenn and highly recommend her massage services to any and all.
