I called to see about availability for a couples massage after seeing a groupon for this service. The person who answered was kind and professional. She suggested to just pay there because they could give me a better deal. I’m all for deals so after agreeing to $100/1 hour I scheduled for the next day. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and we were escorted t the room for the massage. The massage therapists did a nice job and the ambiance of the room was nice. They had relaxing music playing. When learning I was allergic to nuts, they accommodated by switching to another oil for my massage without hesitation. Throughout the massage the therapists were very kind to ask if the pressure needed adjusted. When walking to the front to pay, we already decided to make this a monthly treat and planned on scheduling another massage. Everything was fine until we went to pay and were told a higher amount that what was previously agreed on. I took notes while making the appointment and I am 100% of the amount told over the phone. We were charged either $120 or 130 for our session instead of the $100. This was my only issue. I feel as though this was still a decent price but not what we agreed on. After explaining, the conversation was not honored.
