Jay is the best. She has worked on my lower back a couple of times. Both times I had a several cramp due to weight training. She did an incredible job and I have felt so much better after the massage. Very professional and clean place. Worth every cent!

I have a camera times and they did the best massage ever that I ever had on my right shoulder are used to feel a lot of babe but not anymore thank you for Enjoy your life wellness center

I have been coming for 3 years. The owner (and staff) are very courteous and professional. She takes great pride in her business and this place is definitely a step up compared to those in the surrounding area. Rooms and linen are also clean. Many more returns...
