We recently had a new performance furnace and ac unit installed. There was a bit of a learning curve understanding how the new thermostat works. It deals with the humidity in the home before it deals with actual thermostat setting . I had called to have someone come out and make sure everything was OK as it was not cooling to the set temperature when it was over 90degrees. When Kyle came out he looked over everything. The thermostat and furnace to check cooling and then outside to check ac unit. He was very thorough and great at explaining how the newer units operate. He was a pleasure to talk to.
