“My mother died, and we had her funeral service at the Mueller Hicks Funeral Home. My uncle; a preacher, sermoned the funeral service and had been to over a hundred funeral services, and made the remark that this was the cleanest, most beautiful, and overall well thought out funeral home he'd ever been to! Death is so hard for any family, but the individual's at Mueller Hick's were so understanding and made sure everything we asked for was personally taken care of. They made us feel as though they were apart of our family, personable, and even brought the color into a dark moment, making tasks lighter and bringing humor when we needed it most. Our family was so pleased and grateful to have found this funeral home!

“I have deleted and now I am updating my previous review. My niece has to plan a funeral for her 23 year old son. Her devastation is inexplicable, her life will never be the same This is her first born, a boy she raised to become a remarkable man who loved and respected her in return. There have been a remarkable amount of people reaching out in some way or other to express how much he meant to them and even moreso there has been an innumerable amount of people that hadn't seen him since school or barely knew him or that he has only met briefly that are reaching out to express their condolences. The pain of losing a loved one is always difficult and emotions tend to run at max level but the pain of losing a loved one who was only 23 years old is indescribable. In any business or profession mistakes and/or miscommunication can not entirely be avoided no matter how dedicated people are because we are people. My particular complaint could have easily been ignored or downplayed. I expected my niece to get a half hearted apology or for the blame to be redirected elsewhere. Either of those would have been the easier way to address the issue. This evening I was pleasantly pleased to learn that not only was the problem resolved but that it was generously resolved and for that I wanted to express my gratitude as quickly and efficiently as I expressed my disappointment. “Trinity met all my needs in securing an inexpensive yet quality cremation service. My husband passed away at home around midnight. Trinity’s professional team came immediately to respectfully remove his body to prepare for cremation. The death certificates were timely created and submitted. My husband’s ashes were professionally bagged, sealed and placed in an appropriate box and container. They also have an extensive collection of beautiful urns. I highly recommend their services.“
