I have used Trinity Cremation Care for two unexpected death of family members. Everyone I have dealt with over the phone and today interacting with Austin in person was a great experience and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for an affordable option for your love one.
They did a great job taking care of my Mother. Austin and Randy were so helpful and caring. The two young ladies that picked my Mom up after she passed were great too. They even asked me what her favorite music was, so they could play it on their drive back with her body. I’d highly recommend their services to anyone and everyone. They’re very busy which is no surprise given the cost. So if you’re in a huge rush to get your loved one back, go elsewhere and pay 3x as much. I for one am completely satisfied and would gladly entrust another loved one into their care.
Death is never easy. We lost my mom and knew one thing for sure, us kids needed to be there for our dad. So we all bought our plane tickets and planned a memorial as soon as we could. We ran into a hiccup with the release of her ashes. But after talking to the crematory and explaining how urgent this matter was they did their best to accommodate our family in our time of need. Thank you guys!!! It means the world!
