Do not use their flower memorial plan. Wife was buried in 2018 and I have been battling every season about the flowers. I know I should just quit it but they do have nice arrangements when they get pressured into putting them on the grave. For example this is October 21 and the Fall flowers was suppose to be put on in September. I have been out there and talked to them four times and always get some excuse. The last time she said she would talk to the office. Not sure who that is but I would at least recommend not buying the plan. The gold one cost $190 for the four season plan. I have a brother buried at this place. A year ago I had paid for them to get me a small plack that says father on it. I paid for it in full that day. Here it is one year later and no plack. This cemetery has gone down hill over the last several years. I am talking with my lawyer about filing a law suit against them. I have talked to them 5 times and each time I talk to them they tell me was we have to order this because we have no record of it being ordered. Well in aug of 2023 I called their main office. In a time of grief they act very comforting and want to help your every need. HOWEVER that is all for show! My father passed away Nov 2022. Everything was paid for well in advance, the lot, layout, marker, and all my mother had to do was go to the office sit down and design how she wants the marker to look and say. It being winter we knew it wouldn't be till spring. They said 6 to 7 months. We were looking at June only to find it was never ordered! They said we'll put a rush on it so now we're looking around the first part of July. That order was never put in! Ok so now can someone explain this to me. They now have said it will be 2 weeks.
