My father is a veteran and this is the second year in a row on Memorial Day there have been flags put on all the graves around his and his was skipped. Disrespectful and heartbreaking for our family.
My father passed away in August. It took us till two weeks ago to get the head stone down. How ever the headstone is completely wrong they had my mothers name where my fathers body is. When calling up no one seems to know anything. They just seem to say let us see. How is this ok? My parents bought and paid for this stuff in 2014. The design is even wrong the names and dates are wrong and no one seems to care!!! The grass was up to my ankles and he still don’t have grass where he was buried just hay!! My parents paid their money no questions asked and this is how you treat people it’s a shame!!!!!
We've had problems with Butler County Memorial in the past because of them not taking proper care of the grounds and our families headstones. But what we seen today......despicable. The grounds crew actually drove over top of headstones and broke one. Some of them even have the tire marks on the headstones. If we had the money...we would have our family moved to a different cemetery. We use to want to be buried here but are looking into other cemeteries. I get they have to drive past the headstones but to drive over top of them....completely uncalled for.
