Jessica took us back to a room and Dr. Marcia was in within seconds. We were treated with such compassion and kindness and the fact that everyone remained calm and loved on my sweet doggy is the reason I was able to calm down. Their obligation to a stranger off the street is zero, but they chose to treat us like part of their family and it’s obvious to me that caring for animals is absolutely their top priority. My dog’s tail is wrapped (he may still lose the tip but it’s nothing I need to freak out over), he’s on pain meds and antibiotics, and my family has a new veterinary clinic.“
