“About a month ago I went to tan with Kare for the first time ever. I met Karen and she is just wonderful! She actually was my tan artist, I got rapid! That tan lasted me over 10 days. “This place is great. I came to tan before vacation, and it was my first time indoor tanning in like 15-20 years. I couldn’t remember how long I had started off before or how often. Also, the beds have changed quite a bit over the years, as well as the different levels. Kelly (manager) I believe was her name was the one who signed me up. She was very knowledgeable and gave great feedback. I had just barely one week to get a base tan. I’m not sure of the other woman’s name, but she was of great help as well (brown wavy hair). They both helped ensure me I had no worries and was in great hands. With there help I managed to successfully get my base tan. Now that I am leaving tomorrow for my trip I can feel comfortable. “Not sure where my review went. Deciding to retype it. I previously was a customer of PBT. I closed my package shortly after finding out the manager discussed my account and spoke about me in a negative way to another customer. I reached out today to the Brooklyn to obtain information about restarting my packing but was going to go to another branch to do so. When I shared my concerns with Emily she had me come in and she was super helpful, kind, nice, and all around amazing to work with! She showed me all the good deals and ensured I wouldn’t have to worry about past issues again! Really enjoyed coming back to tan ❤️?“

“OK for the staff is great and they’ll be able to tell you exactly what you need to know and then they help you do your levels before you burn They will tell you all about the lotion and everything and I said that it might be a little bit overpriced, but it’s still a very good place. I’ve been going there for years And to be honest that lady that I believe Own it or manages, it has helped me out in a way that most people wouldn’t have saved my life in away, so I really just wanna say thank you to her because if it wasn’t for her, there’s no way I’d be where I was today And because of my actions I take accountability for my mistake and got it fixed that week fixed It’s only been a month this timeit but overall I’d say I’m really dark. I’m overall satisfied. I’m happy with my tanning and I’ve tried spray tanning. I absolutely love it.“
