went in yesterday and signed up for a tanning package- the woman at the desk was extremely helpful and kind and was not at all pushy into trying to sell me lotions or a more expensive package.

I go to Palm Beach Tan to tan..and relax..it is what I call "Me Time"..the personnel there are very professional..they are also very knowledgeable about the different levels of tanning bed, stand-up and spray tans. Thank you.

Staff is always kind as well as a clean establishment. However for the owners/management please fix your systems ! When it's almost half way through a month and all of a sudden an account is blocked when the previous week I even let staff know they payment wasn't processed and yet they confirmed it was. When it takes someone 30 minutes round trip to get there and it has happened 3 times this year it really has one question how much they actually take care of their Diamond members. To have been going there over a year and have spent well over a grand and to be turned down over a payment that could have easily been corrected if their system could actually use the card thats...read full review
