I have been tanning at the Middleburg Heights location for many years and I have to commend the staff for always being so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable! When I went in to tan today, Amy not only told me which beds were available for me to use, but without my having to ask, she let me know how many minutes remained on the other beds in case I chose to wait for them to be open for use! I truly appreciate the attentiveness of all of the staff and highly recommend Neon Beach to anyone looking for a high quality tanning salon!Service: Tanning

This was my first spray tan experience. The girl at the front desk was so nice. When it came time to pick how dark I wanted my tan she was extremely helpful. She explained everything to me. Was very informative when it came to explaining the booth & tips for after care. When my spray tan was finished I walked to the front of the facility & to my surprise it was raining something terrible. The same front desk girl offered for me to stay & wait it out bc obviously after a spray tan you are not to get wet. Well needless to say the rain did not let up. The girl at the desk that helped me from the start of my visit, figured out how to help me avoid the rain & get to my car....read full review

I love this place. The staff is so friendly and inviting and answers any and all questions you may have. Sometimes you do have a 5 to 10 minute wait for a bed oh, but in my opinion it's well worth the wait
