The service they provide is top notch! Very easy to book a cleaning, they called me the day before with a time they would arrive which also served as a reminder and the technician called while on the way so I could get to the house. Shawn and his partner were very professional but also personable and really nice guys. The carpet they cleaned was older and tired (frankly I thought should be replaced) but they brought it back to life and it looks great again. If you’re reading reviews do yourself a favor and just book these guys, you will be happy.

My husband and I had our 2 small bathrooms remodeled right after Thanksgiving. We had gone into the showroom one day just to ask about getting an estimate. Gwyn is so friendly and attentive. She got us scheduled for the estimate and as soon as we met Aneese, we knew we were going with them to fix our old, gross bathrooms. I am I uncomfortable having anyone in my home, let alone someone I don’t know. Aneese was always friendly and professional. He did a beautiful job on our bathrooms and in almost half the time he said it would take. I wish I was better at having the foresight to take before and after pictures, but I am still shocked by how nice the bathrooms are now every time I go into one. We are so glad we used Castle.

Kovack Excavating chimney & Chimney cleaning LIMITED delivered exceptional service from start to finish. I requested chimney maintenance and a new chimney cap installation. Kevin Rogers went above and beyond to explain the process and ensure everything was safe. Their fireplace cleaning service left my unit spotless. I also had a fireplace inspection and cleaning done, and the results were impressive. They were the best chimney sweep near me by far. They discovered a small black mold removal issue around the chimney’s interior wall and handled it quickly. The painting they completed on the exterior bricks was clean and professional. Outstanding workmanship!
Our sump pump and connected pipes got clogged when rocks fell into the crock. The plumber took the pump with him to check out at the shop and brought it back fixed, along with replacing pipes that had blown off from being clogged, first thing the next morning. I was shocked by how inexpensive it was! It came to well under $200 when I was anticipating possibly $3-400. I highly recommend.

They called to tell me they were not receiving any signal from my alarm system. I called back, was scheduled that afternoon. Mason was here on time, tested system, knew problem. They are a great hardware store with a little bit of everything for building framing and lot's more little bit high price but worth the effort to check out and get to know their staff is helpful and friendly knowledgeable on the items that they sell and are helpful with the products needs in projects you may be working on
