Hired this company for several different jobs and paid them alot of money in cash (my bad)......The last job they were paid to do was install a window and fix a storm door. They installed the window but it wasn't done properly and "needed a part" this was in Feb 2020 it is now mid May and they will not return my messages. Not only did they not install the window properly they did not complete it, it is not sealed nor is it wrapped on the outside not to mention won't open properly due to this "missing part" to a brand new window. I hired RMK in March 2019 to do some exterior painting. The original start date was April 6. After multiple delays and multiple excuses they "guaranteed" to complete the work to my satisfaction by September 12 and did not. They have not returned the money I paid, but did say they were "working hard" to get me my money. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, offered commentary on social media where the business is reviewed and am now preparing a small claims action. My advice is to find a another contractor.
