I had a very satisfying experience getting my taxes done at Tax 29 in Warren, Ohio! Melissa and her staff were very courteous and professional. I really appreciated the conscientious work done in completing my taxes.

Missy is professional, very responsive, the value is great, and the quality of work is fantastic. Missy is always respectful -- even when I ask silly questions she does a great job of explaining information to me. Doing taxes are not stressful at all because I know Missy will take care of it. I've been doing my taxes with her since 2017 and I have zero complaints. At first she completed my taxes for OH and CA but once I permanently moved here they've gotten easier and she only processes taxes for OH.
