I always placed great emphasis on the person answering the phone for any business or service. In this case it was Heidi for Super Green Lawn Service. Heidi was pleasant, knowledgeable, informative, and patience. Great ambassador for the company. I called to compliment my technician who applied my early spring application. As I watched Perry it struck me as how thorough and conscientious he was in applying may application, not rushing through the process. I hope that Perry is my technician for my future applications.
