I can’t say enough great things about Doug. He is incredibly kind, professional, and truly knowledgeable. During each session, he explains the muscles he’s working on and why, which really shows how much he understands the body and cares about long-term results, not just temporary relief. I had been dealing with tingling and numbness in my arm for months, and Doug not only addressed the issue during my massage but also gave me very specific guidance on what to do outside of sessions. Doug is the best! He helps the body be able to heal better. I go as often as possible and my hubby goes when something flares up. When my husband had plantar fasciitis, he went to doctors and that only helped the pain temporarily. When he went to Doug, it went away immediately and stayed away since Doug recommended at home treatments for him too. Highly recommend. And we love Lori and Waffles, too!
I was having headaches daily. Migraines twice a week. My appointment was October 25th. I have not had one since. I felt very comfortable in the office and throughout my appointment. Everyone was very nice. Can’t wait to go back!
