For years, my own experience as a woman dealing with hormonal issues has been marked by frustration and disappointment. Despite working in healthcare myself, advocating fiercely for my own needs, and having lab work and symptoms that clearly pointed to hormonal imbalance, I was continuously dismissed, misunderstood, or told everything was “fine.” It left me feeling unheard and untreated, like I was forced to live in a body that was constantly working against me.

Jenni immediately understood what I had been trying to articulate for years. She recognized the hormonal imbalance for what it was and took action, placing me on the appropriate medication without hesitation or unnecessary barriers. The difference has been life-changing. Within just a few weeks, I began to feel like myself again, which is something I honestly wasn’t sure would ever happen.

“The office staff and doctor is awesome. I've never had a clinic where you can speak to the doctor directly. Every doctor's office is a two hour wait no matter where you go..... unless have money and can reserve the whole office to yourself.“

“OSU Outpatient Care Upper Arlington is my go to location for my routine lab work and for my Gastroenterology and Hepatology Outpatient Care doctor. It's a nice building and plenty of parking here as well and good patient/customer service. This Upper Arlington location offers a variety of laboratory services, Dentistry, Cardiology, Lung Care, Nephrology, Optometry, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Family Medicine, Sleep Medicine and more. I have been using this location since 2018 and highly recommend. It's always a quick stop at registration, then off to your next area whether it be an internal department office, appointment, or procedure. Today's visit took a total of 30 mins for registration and blood work.“

“I hear a lot of people complain about the VA but all I can tell you is I have been taking my dad here for the past 10 years and they have been Outstanding! He’s worked with multiple departments: cardiology, eye surgery, urgent care, optometry, pcp, respiratory and they have all been extremely helpful and take excellent care of my father. My only complaint is parking! They needed to make the parking garage another 2 levels high.“

“My vestibular PT with Elise Dole, PT, DPT, was a huge success. No longer having to deal with nausea has made my life so much better! And the expanded range of motion in my neck has made me a better driver.

Elise did an excellent job diagnosing me and explaining the exercises. I am a visual learner, and she showed me pictures of the muscles and gave me printouts of the exercises and a link to MedBridge videos. All of this was so helpful!

Elise also had me ask my massage therapist to work on the muscles on the side of my neck, which was very helpful. She also showed me how to use my trigger-point S-shaped hook on my upper traps in my exercise program.

In addition to solving my problem, Elise was delightful to work with. Sessions with her were fun, even though the exercises and testing initially made me queasy.“
