My wife has been pleased with Aerocare service for about a year now. Her portable oxygen concentrator required service and I dropped by with no appointment. They took it right in, inspected it, and replaced it with a new one still in the box. Annabel did a great job of dealing with my sudden appearance, and demonstrating the new unit's operation. I ordered new headgear and 2 extra cushions. The headgear came with a new cushion but the extra cushions were for another type of headgear. I did not open the sealed cushions until I needed them. By this time it was past the 30 days exchange limit. They refused to exchange the incorrect cushions. They were more than willing to send me new cushions and bill my insurance company. A good way for them to clear out the warehouse of old product.
