I had a great experience from the time I entered to the time I left. The receptionist was very knowledgeable about the information they provided regarding my questions due to billing. Micheal was outstanding while being professional & knowledgeable as well I felt very comfortable & well taught about what was expected with my new equipment, he listened & answered all questions without hesitation he also provided me with everything I needed to have a goodnight of rest! I am actually happy I decided to do business with them instead of the other company called medical service company that only wants to generate text messages and not answer calls so thank you Aerocare staff...read full review
My mask was causing me several issues. Maddison listened to my concerns and gave me several options to look at that she thought might help. We worked together to find the best option. I didn't feel rushed. It seemed like she was invested in trying to help me get what I needed for my therapy.
Summer and Courtney were very helpful, professional and patient as they helped me understand what to expect when using my cpap. They were very hands-on and I left feeling confident that I would have no issues using the machine. Many, many thanks to such wonderful folks!
