I think this Aerocare does a really good job taking care of its patients, the girl I always get is named Laura and she is so very sweet, smart and very efficient. She has helped with my cpap machine several times now and she always knows what she is doing and takes care of things quickly!
Below is original review. We have since had appointment during which Desmond patiently fitted mask for the patient, a lengthy process due to some complicating issues. He also gave us a number that may make it easier to reach the office by phone in the future. Adjusting stars to 4 (5 for Desmond, less because the general office phone does not seem to be answered frequently or timely.) Original review: Local AeroCare office has not answered phone for two days. Husband thus cannot follow directions of sleep medicine medical office to have fit of mask adjusted. We called phone number as directed on our voicemail by company. We gave up and bought something on Amazon
I had a great experience from the time I entered to the time I left. The receptionist was very knowledgeable about the information they provided regarding my questions due to billing. Micheal was outstanding while being professional & knowledgeable as well I felt very comfortable & well taught about what was expected with my new equipment, he listened & answered all questions without hesitation he also provided me with everything I needed to have a goodnight of rest!
