“Another OSU satellite building. I went there to visit the neurology department to have a nerve conductivity test performed. The medical facility has a large parking lot which is free but that lot...it is nothing short of horrendous. The lanes between parking are so very narrow and the lanes are also NOT one way which at times is problematic. Not nearly enough handicap spots however, the number falls within the legal reserved amount. The entrance doors are automatic. Thats a huge plus. There is a nice welcome desk and appointment check in space with ample seating. I had been to this location before renovation and post renovation it is much cleaner looking which made me feel more comfortable. Hall directional signs have improved too. I didnt get lost and needed no assistance finding neurology. Check in went smooth, the attendant was very polite and friendly. Waiting room was comfortable and clean. Took less than five minutes to get my room. Bonus! Was seen by tech immediately. The conductivity test was run by tech and then when it got more complex by doctor. Both medical staff members were excellent and explained everything very well. Highly recommend the caregivers and the neurology depaetment... the location, well...Meh. Try to get one of the newer buildings. I felt my car would get backed into or dinged while I I was inside as the parking is too tight. (But car was fine.)“

“OSU Outpatient Care Upper Arlington is my go to location for my routine lab work and for my Gastroenterology and Hepatology Outpatient Care doctor. It's a nice building and plenty of parking here as well and good patient/customer service. This Upper Arlington location offers a variety of laboratory services, Dentistry, Cardiology, Lung Care, Nephrology, Optometry, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Family Medicine, Sleep Medicine and more. I have been using this location since 2018 and highly recommend. It's always a quick stop at registration, then off to your next area whether it be an internal department office, appointment, or procedure. Today's visit took a total of 30 mins for registration and blood work.“

“My vestibular PT with Elise Dole, PT, DPT, was a huge success. No longer having to deal with nausea has made my life so much better! And the expanded range of motion in my neck has made me a better driver.

Elise did an excellent job diagnosing me and explaining the exercises. I am a visual learner, and she showed me pictures of the muscles and gave me printouts of the exercises and a link to MedBridge videos. All of this was so helpful!

Elise also had me ask my massage therapist to work on the muscles on the side of my neck, which was very helpful. She also showed me how to use my trigger-point S-shaped hook on my upper traps in my exercise program.

In addition to solving my problem, Elise was delightful to work with. Sessions with her were fun, even though the exercises and testing initially made me queasy.“

“The office staff and doctor is awesome. I've never had a clinic where you can speak to the doctor directly. Every doctor's office is a two hour wait no matter where you go..... unless have money and can reserve the whole office to yourself.“

“My doctor and nurses have been pretty friendly and compassionate; good bedside manner and definitely very humanizing -- highly respectful and attentive to my needs. I'm here getting my foot treated because I stepped on a nail in my yard. I bought my house a week ago so I had no idea what all is my yard, my fence has a hole in it that my Aussie is entirely too aware of-- he dodged me, and the nail filled plank that I totally stepped on and the rest is history! For all the bad rep Mt Carmel West gets, the staff here have all been alright by me. I just got a text that the antibiotics the doc prescribed for my foot are ready and I haven't even been discharged yet. That's exceptional. I've literally only been here an hour. The xray technician came to me in my room as opposed to me waiting to be dragged off to a lab, which I'm stoked about too! Fast results. I'd come back if I have to; hopefully, I won't .“
