I can't say enough great things about Dr. Hanson, and all of the staff at Central Outreach. They're non-judgemental, not up-tight, compassionate, they aren't rushed and take the time to listen and after working in the medical field for years I was very impressed with all of the staff and the care they provided!!!

5 stars! 10 stars!! The care I receive here is the most affirming, affordable, and accessible healthcare I have ever received, and it has changed my quality of life and ability to prioritize my health. Jenni always has the most thoughtful, affirming, and attentive responses to my questions, and I have never felt rushed or had a single concern not taken seriously. Genuinely has been the best provider I could ask for. In the last couple weeks I have had more urgent needs come up and I’ve been able to call and receive help promptly. Everyone I’ve interacted with here has been incredible.

I needed to find a new medical provider after nearly 30 years with the same beloved physician, which I knew would likely be a challenge because I don’t trust easily. I tried two well known, established practices before a friend told me about Central Outreach. I was intrigued because of their focus on the LGBTQ community. I’ve now found my new medical home. The staff are professional and compassionate. I feel safe and welcome. I’ve had both scheduled appointments and a walk in visit and all were treated with equal care. I highly recommend Central Outreach Columbus.
