“We had Summit Building & Roofing replace the front slope of our roof along with the fascia, soffit and gutters on the front of our house. We had noticed that we had a hump in our roof that kept on getting worse and worse as time went on. Tony came out for an estimate and did a thorough inspection. He explained that our rafter tails on our roof were sagging and creating a hump in our roof and gave us different options on how to fix it. We were then given 2 different detailed estimates so that we could decide which option would work best for us. The crew that came out to fix everything was professional and treated our property with care. Everything was fixed in a timely manner and we're extremely happy with the work they did. They made calls, copied us on all emails, sent pictures and Ohio builders codes to justify additional repairs. “I recently had storm damage and contact JF Baker on a Saturday to request an inspection and repairs. They returned my call immediately and requested to come the next day (Sunday) and install tarps on the damaged areas and eventually replaced the entire roof. The continuous communication and level of customer service is incredible! I am very satisfied with the completed job and they took extreme measures to not damage any landscape in the process.
