“Elite Exteriors did a great job on 2 of our homes in need of roof repair. Originally, portions of the claims were denied, but Elite worked directly with our insurance company. They made calls, copied us on all emails, sent pictures and Ohio builders codes to justify additional repairs. Because of their persistence, our insurance company agreed to cover the majority of the cost at both locations. We are extremely happy with their work<br>Both homes were completed in one day and they came out the next day to inspect for any nails or leftover materials. What makes them stand out is their honesty and customer service.
