My absolute favorite vet in CLE! I got a puppy this year and have taken her here for every single need she has had. Vaccinations, sick exams, spaying, microchipping - everything! The staff is truly wonderful and they love their jobs. This place is so popular that you need to get here at 8am or earlier to get an appointment that day! You can do walk-ins, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you only need a vet tech appointment, which I get most of the time. Incredibly affordable as well (bills usually under $100). Highly recommend!!!

Such kind treatment we received when we had to euthanize our beloved dog last Wednesday. Everyone was so sympathetic and helpful. On top of this, today we received a sympathy card from them that contained wildflower seeds that we can plant in her memory. So touching! What a classy thing to do. Lastly, I wanted to mention how appreciative we are that, unlike most other veterinary services who will gouge you for the same service, their pricing is reasonable. They don't take advantage of you in your time of need.

I have nothing but appreciation and love for this place and anyone complaining about wait times doesn't understand what Gateway is. Gateway is like a community hospital, but for pets. It caters to low-income families and offers services at more affordable rates than almost any other pet hospital in the Cleveland area. The biggest pro (in my opinion) is that much like any community hospital, the people working there aren't there for the money, they're there because they are passionate about helping the pets of those who are less fortunate.
