“Everyone was friendly and courteous. My teeth cleaning experience was great. However, having waited several months for a visit, I would have liked to had Dr. Kirlough there to have given a check and possibly made some quick adjustments if needed. This isn't the first time I've had a visit and the dentist wasn't there. I feel this is not acceptable.“

“Very good service. The doctor was wonderful. I didn't feel the shot at all. First time for me. The staff is friendly. What I really liked about Dr. Lu was he fixed the problem that I had for years without an issue. I was referred to him from my son's friend, I had very bad service from 3 different dentist. I really gave up, but my mouth was starting to get very bad, the office manager was very wonderful and the hygienist, was great she did an amazing job. The dental assistant was wonderful and to top it off. I was able to watch a movie to get my mind off of the years of unfinished work that wasn't complete until I came to Downtown Dental.
