At 5:10PM last night I called Thompson Plumbing (435-674-5138) and they said Brad could be here between 8-12 for a $35 service call+parts. He was here at 8, was very knowledgeable & taught me all about AC, checked all 3 units, cleaned the filters and just left at 11:00 for a total bill of $314. I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND them❣️

NEVER USE Superior Water & Air as they never showed up yesterday I called them 8 times & all they said was “You’re very important and we’ll have someone there soon”. They would charge $114+parts for the call.

Just had our 3rd visit from Thompson today. Today was AC tuneup and inspection. Sammy was professional and very thorough in explaining what was needed and how critical or not critical it was to replace certain parts. No pressure and the fact he had multiple photos documenting what was done and needed was helpful and appreciated. The professionalism goes a long way with customer satisfaction. Have had nothing short of it in every interaction.
