Called Tech showed up. Looked at manual for an hour. Told me fuse was bad and i could replace it and fix it myself. Ordered several parts and rescheduled repair. He said microwave door switch was causing fuse to blow. Our unit is a microwave oven combo so in order to fix it you have to pull it out. Weight is about 500lbs. Got fuse at local store replaced it fixed my problem.I called and had them cancel the service call. Parts Tech ordered arrived at my home. I called them and explained everything. They would send someone out to pick up the parts. Getting my refund for those parts is still in process.My experience is that the work being ordered was not necessary. They...read full review

Your Sears rep serviced the fridge, stove and dishwasher; came and went without any discussion with any one on staff. I had to ask if he left. No followup no report on the appliances. I assume there are no problems.
