Our water heater heater went out last week. Went through our home warranty and were given Riley Plumbing. Within 24 hours (idk if that's the norm or not, we were marked as emergent due to a disabled child and disabled grandparent in our home) they had replaced our water heater. We have been fortunate to only have 2 plumbing issues in our house, thus far. Both times, Reilly Plumbing came out to fix the issues. The first one, another company came out and instead of fixing the issue, recommended that I did a procedure that would have cost upwards of $6K and my home warranty would not cover it.That is what led me to Reilly, after getting a referral from my home warranty service. They came out, worked with our home warranty service for payment, fixed the drain clog, did not try to sell me a costly and unnecessary service and we have not had a problem since.The second time, I called them was because our garbage disposal quit working after a long life...read full review
