About Cryooh

Cryooh offers a welcoming atmosphere with lots of natural light. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making first-time visitors feel at ease. Services, including infrared sauna, full body Cryo, and compression, are excellent. The space is clean and well-maintained. Regular visitors praise the benefits of their treatments, which can become a new routine.

We finally got some relief for my dad's neuropathy in his feet!! After his chemo, he got bad neuropathy and lymphodema in his feet and legs. We can't get his swelling down in his feet b/c they hurt too much. We went to Cryo-Oh and did the redlight, then targeted cryo to his feet, then the pump pants - the cryo gave him comfort he hadn't felt in a long time and allowed him to pump for an hour whereas before he couldn't get past 20 min. b/c of the pain. We are so thrilled!!!!

CryoOh has an amazing friendly group of staff. they facility are always clean and they are always looking for ways to innovate and improve. I have seen great result for mentally and physically from cryotherapy and sauna. this is definitely worth the try if you are suffering from chronic pain or injuries.
