HAIRCLUB

Hair Club is a business that offers hair loss solutions for various stages and types of hair loss. They provide solutions for thinning hair and early hair loss prevention, as well as advanced hair replacement systems. The company has a strong reputation as the leading provider of hair loss solutions in North America, with 121 centers in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Customers have shared many positive experiences with the Image Consultants and stylists at Hair Club. One customer expressed satisfaction with their stylist Kim, highlighting her professionalism and caring nature, while another praised Ashley, who was noted as incredibly kind. Michelle has also received recognition for making clients feel comfortable, especially first-timers. Terry at the Fort Myers location continues to be appreciated for her excellent service.

However, some concerns have been raised about the customer experience, particularly regarding the front desk staff. A few customers feel that this staff could benefit from better training, as they don’t always answer the phone with a welcoming attitude.

Despite these issues, long-term clients have expressed their satisfaction with Hair Club and the stylists, noting that the customer experience may slip over the years. They emphasize the importance of prioritizing the client experience, which remains a key focus for the business.
