“Love SIWC! I regularly visit for a sound table session followed by a massage. The sound table (I usually do the organ tune up session) helps me relax so I’m able to maximize the massage session. I have also done the sound table sessions on their own when I was short for time or unable to do a massage (my husband sometimes hijacks my appointments when he’s a mess…he doesn’t follow my maintenance plan). I also used the foot detox baths as another tool while I was struggling with hormone imbalance and detoxing issues. All are great tools when your body is struggling and now part of my regular maintenance to keep me healthy.“
