I would highly recommend Erica and her team at Nurture for anyone expecting their first or even fourth! I knew I wanted to educate and prepare myself for a natural birth if possible and wanted to utilize Hypnobirthing. What I found was an all encompassing education and preparation for labor and delivery that allowed me to be prepared and to make adjustments if/when needed. I fully feel knowledge is power and having this preparation lead to a happy and empowering labor experience. I was comfortable changing my plan mid labor while still being to decline other inventions I knew weren’t necessary or things that I wanted. Thank you Erica!

What a gorgeous and calming space! I have now gone for 2 private ultrasounds, and I am sure they wont be my last, and have enjoyed every second of it. Elizabeth is always extremely kind & knowledgeable. I can't wait to learn more about their different services to support myself & my husband through our first pregnancy. If you're thinking of booking.. just book!

A beautiful space full of kind people. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. The staff are knowledgeable, personable and overall lovely. Highly recommend having an ultrasound here!

Nurture is a perinatal wellness studio and spa located on Edwards Rd in Cincinnati Ohio. Services are geared towards women in their childbearing years, offering the full circle of pampering and support women need when becoming a mom. We provide elective prenatal ultrasounds, massage, gender reveal testing, doula services, classes, Hypnobirthing, yoga and community support groups.
